Paul Searle – Managing Director
Paul brings with him over 8 years experience in Self Managed Superannuation. Working previously as a tax auditor in New Zealand he is detail and solution focussed.
Since working in the field of Self Managed Super Funds has always been in search of a better management and online solution. Now he has created the integrated suite of products and portfolio management services to deliver productivity and efficiency for your business.
Lanai Carter – Business Development Manager
Lanai has extensive experience having worked as a Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager in the Mortgage industry for many years. Lanai holds a Diploma in Financial Services.
Shani Baker – SMSF Manager
Shani started with Searle & Charlton in 2006, she has proven herself in all aspects of SMSF administration. She is currently completing her accounting degree at Griffith University. Shani is the SMSF Manager.
Karli Manley - Data Entry Officer
Karli brings skill and knowledge to our computerised SMSF and Portfolio manager. Karli is currently studying a bachelor of Commerce at Griffith University.
Shellie Humphreys – Office Manager
With 7 years experience in the accounting industry, our Office Manager Shellie, provides the necessary support to both our team and their clients to ensure their Searle & Charlton experience is a positive one.
Sarah Bourke – Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
As our Director of First Impressions, Sarah will greet you with congeniality and a willing spirit. Sarah also provides fundamental administrative support to our professional personnel to ensure our internal processes are as efficient as possible.
